Weighted Sled Pull
Participants must pull a sled 15m using a 16mm static rope from a stationary position, repeat this three times with a 15m walk between reps, and complete the test within 110 seconds.
Forcible Entry
Participants must use a 10lb hammer to strike a target until a buzzer signals the end, completing the test within 19 seconds.
Victim Rescue
Participants must drag a rescue dummy 30m through a serpentine course using a rescue harness, finishing when the dummy’s feet cross the starting pylon.
