FORCE Evaluation Prep Workshop

Know the test. Experience the challenge. Train with a plan.

Thinking about joining the Canadian Armed Forces? Don’t leave your physical preparation to guesswork!

The FORCE Evaluation is a physically demanding assessment, and knowing what to expect can make a real difference in how you prepare. Our FORCE Evaluation Prep Workshop at Blue Line Fitness Testing is designed to help civilian applicants understand the assessment, experience its four components, and identify where they need to focus their training.

This hands-on workshop breaks down each component of the FORCE Evaluation, giving you the opportunity to learn proper techniques, practise the movements, and receive individualized feedback from our instructors.

WHAT YOU’LL COVER

  • 20 m Rushes: Practise the repeated prone-to-sprint movements and work on efficient transitions.
  • Sandbag Lift: Learn lifting technique and practise the movement using a 20 kg sandbag.
  • Intermittent Loaded Shuttles: Experience the combination of loaded walking and unloaded running while working on pacing and efficient turns.
  • Sandbag Drag: Practise the backward-dragging movement while carrying a 20 kg sandbag.

You’ll also learn about safe lifting principles, common technique mistakes, pacing strategies, and practical ways to improve your performance.

MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT

You’ll have the opportunity to experience the physical demands of each component, identify your strengths and areas for improvement, and leave with practical training recommendations to guide your preparation.

Whether you’re just starting your Canadian Armed Forces journey or already training for your FORCE Evaluation, this workshop will help you approach your preparation with greater confidence and a clearer understanding of what’s ahead.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
