We are here to help you but we are not miracle workers that can get you fit enough to pass a LAW ENFORCEMENT FITNESS TEST in a week, 2 weeks or 2 days!!! 

Prepare properly, Train Early and be ready to have to work your ass off to get to the level you need to be at to pass.
