I have a pleasure to write a review about my online experience of Test Titans program held on 26 May-2020. Actually it was very helpful to reduce my stress and anxiety  by way of breathing exercise, imagination of wonderful memory and meditating with breathing exercises that dramatically reduces the stress and anxiety that I had for my COPAT and other exams anxiety. I thank you and the instructor for performing this workshop which has helped me reduce my exam anxiety which I not only used during the practices during the workshop but also I owned it throughout my life which I will be practicing the methods learnt whenever I felt necessary tomorrow and in the near future.
