I am writing in support of your company of which I attended your COPAT official testing in December 2020 just before restrictions were about to make testing impossible. What speaks to the character of this institution is the fact that Nikki the owner/operator put herself on the line to get spots for all applicants that wanted to be tested before the Covid health rules made it impossible to do any further testing. This positive attitude was carried forward when I met her in person just prior to the testing. The test site was clean and devoid of any hazards and Nikki made a very clear effort to demonstrate the course and offer tips and tricks to help shave off any unwanted seconds. During the administration of the testing Nikki and her helper both assisted to once again guide and offer much needed intense encouragement to those being tested, myself included, so that candidates were able to put forth their best efforts. It is my recommendation that if someone wants to succeed in a required test for law enforcement agencies that they look no further than utilizing Nikki’s company for workshop preparation courses and test administration.
