Welcome to a high intensity strength workout scalable to your level and ability. This total body workout is broken down into circuits that will each leave you feeling accomplished after each one (not to mention how good you’ll feel after it’s all done). The harder you work, the more calories you’ll burn during and after class and the fitter you will become for your law enforcement fitness class. This format allows you to combine strength and cardiovascular work into a power packed 45 minutes with time after to practice on the different obstacles for the PARE, APREP, COPAT, SOPAT and POPAT tests.
